OOTP-09 questions

If I understand it right owners will be able to play their own games in this new version. What isn't clear to me is are games able to be played out in league play or for simply fun in your own personal league. I sure would enjoy playing head to head against other owners. That would complete this game for me. I wouldn't mind a slower pace, less sims a week. I never thought baseball was a horse race it's a slow game.

Owners have been able to play out their own games in solo leagues for quite some time now.

As for head-to-head online play that's a feature that has been mentioned for quite some time, but I don't know where you got the impression you will be able to do that in OOTP9. As far as I know that is not going to be an option (at least it hasn't been announced).
