Importing help

I exported my league to.csv files.... I made some edits to the coaches file and want to import it back into the game. I go to Import rosters, chose the coaches.csv file and try reimporting it and i get an error saying ootp8.exe has encountered an error and needs to close. What am I doing wrong?

What kind of edits did you make to the coaches.dat file?

it wasnt to the the .dat... it was to the .csv file and i deleted some of the coaches

When you say you exported to csv, did you do that via the Database Info screen or from League Setup where you have the option to export rosters.

AFAIK, there is no way to reimport coaches via the Import Rosters option as the file created by Export Rosters is specific to players only and is of a different format to players.csv and coaches.csv
