Trouble with 2007

I'm in big time need of help here! Just downloaded 2007, here is my problem.

I am running a Toshiba Satellite Centrino Duo @ 2.0 Ghz w 2 Gig RAM and Windows Vista. I have installed the demo but when I double click the shortcut or even from the menu the game does......nothing, doesn't even go to a startup screen. I'm getting frustrated and can't figure out what the problem is, any help would be great as I am looking forward to playing, loved 2006 and this one looks better!

If you're running Vista, can you right click ootp and choose Run As Administrator?
