prospects question

when is the average age for a player to quit developing in game? in real life a guy is not considered a prospect anymore once he hits the age of 25. is it the same way in game? what is the average age when a players currents arnt going to infalte toward his potential?

It is generally accepted that, in the current version of the game, Player Aging and Development Speeds (League Setup, Player & Picture Options) left at the default value of 1.000 will yield realistic results in terms of modern professional baseball.
