Contract Extension Issue

I have had a problem recently signing a playing in his last year of his contract. The odd thing is that I am getting no response from him and the offer seems to be overlooked. I have hit the meet demand button, submit offer, and then exported multiple times with no response. My exports are registering on the league tracker and other changes have gone through. Anyone had a similar issue?

You are in an on-line league? What version are you and the commish using?

When you go to the Free Agent screen, click on the Pending Offers heading. Does the extension show up there? If so, at what point does it disappear?
