How long to scouting other countries?

I have three scouts scouting other countries, and I am unsure when to expect them to complete their job. The status shows as Busy, but Duration also shows 0. Any thoughts?

They'll stay in the countries forever, and keep finding players there, until you reassign them. The number of players they'll find, and how good these players will be, depends on the quality of baseball in the country (and on nothing else). If you want to know the numbers, I compiled some data on international scouting in this (rather long) thread:
