Watching Games

Is there any way to watch a game being played out when you are using an online league file? As a commish, I can manage or quick-play every game, but the "Watch game" from single player seems to be gone. Is there any way to do this, or can you only broadcast a game by managing it?

Assume the act of broadcasting the game can be done.

To watch, go ahead and "manage" the game and remove yourself as manager.
