Importing Historical Rookies into Fictional League

This is the first time I have wanted to automatically import historical rookies. My question with doing this is:

Is it possible to do this in a fictional league that starts in 2008 and have it so it randomly will put people like Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle and the like into the amateur draft? Also, where do I get the historical database for importing the rookies? Thanks!

No way AFAIK to do this automatically. I do it manually on occasion with fictional leagues.

Actully you could use the DB creater in this thread

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=147327

Making sure that you changed the dates to the before you want to start and about 100 or so years in the future. then move the db to a better location and point the game to that DB.

I run this on OS X so using Access isn't an option...

Anyone else have any suggestions?

You'd have to take the DB and "randomly" change the debut year, birthday, and any other date feild so that they would debut in a year greater than 2008.I tryed to do it back in the ver 5 days but keept running into errors (99 year old rookies, Players not becoming rated properly), it is a lot of work changing the DB manully.
