Need advice on a couple of issues with the 2007 game

I have purchased several versions of the game and have enjoyed them. I bought the 2007 game when it came out, ran it through several seasons, and had no problems up through the second patch. I didn't get around to the third patch until a few weeks ago and I've had a couple of problems since that I hadn't encountered before.

I run a one-player, fictional league and go through the games play-by-play.

Since I downloaded and reinstalled the full version of the 2007 game:

1. I no longer get the "scoreboard" of the game I'm playing, so I can't see the situational report - the score, how many outs, the count, pitch velocity, etc. It shows the scoreboard, with the innings indicated, but it is otherwise blank; and

2. If there is an in-game injury requiring replacement of my pitcher, the game crashes when I make the substitution - every time.

I've tried reloading the game - with the "fix problems" reload - with no result. I am aware of no other remedy.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that there isn't a fix to the injured pitcher substitution bug.
