Not enough runnners scoring from second.

Please have a look at the algorithm that controls when runners attempt to score from second. In my league there are WAY too many times when runners, even speedsters like Lou Brock and Ricky Hendrson, fail to score on hits to the outfield--even when there are two outs--and even when the outfileder in question has less than a cannon for an arm. In real life the only time a runner will not at least attempt to score from second with two outs on a hit to the outfield is if the runner has single digit speed and if ball is lined directly to an outfielder who's playing shallow. Even with less than two outs, in real life, the majority of runners will score on hits to the outfield.
