credit card problem

When trying to purchase OOTP 8 it says I should use latin letters for my credit card. But my credit card and all the other information is correct...

Any idea?

Is this for the name field as I can't imagine it being for numerical ones?

What browser are you using?

What is your default keyboard layout? (Control Panel somewhere depending on your version of Windows)

Problem was solved when I changed my adress. My adress had one of those special german letters in it.
