Memphis Express Logos

I have been struggling with this one. I can't seem to get it where I want it. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Looks pretty good to me. I tried framing it a bit, and giving it some motion with an elbow overlapping the text.

Another thing I thought about was maybe moving the block of text over to where the top of the butt of the gun meets the bottom left corner of the 'E' in Express. Maybe that would give it a more centered feel without framing it.

I still think your original looks just dandy.

You might try putting a blue outline around the overlapping elbow so it matches up with the rest of the image.

btw both images are great..
