Black Monday for GMs
I just finished my first season in OOTP 8, and 19 of the 30 GM's were fired (using cubbyfan's roster set). There really didn't seem to be a pattern, as there were last place teams keeping their GM and the Yankees fired Cashman despite going to the World Series. It wasn't quite so bad for the managers, as only 7 of them were fired. Is this common? Is there a way to adjust this?

This is a problem with OOTP right now, probably resulting from wanting to have more positions available for human GMs. I know of no way to adjust it.

You could go in as commissioner and hire some of them back to their teams. I do that sometimes when the game fires a manger who had a good year.
