Team names and league structure

Is there any way to start a game with actual team names and actual minor league structure but with completely fictional players? can they be downloaded anywhere?

Take a look at Icy's Template at PadresFans mod site:

It has full minors with virutally all logos and unis. My only minor complaint is that the ballparks are not correct.
