ITP Skin Issues

Hello

I recently purchased the ITP baseball which I really like. However, I cannot change the skin, and therefore, I cannot read any of the messages or even see some of the writing in some of the screens. When I try and change the skin in set up, it only allows me the ITP skin, which is a light colored clear skin. I need to know how to change this. Please let me know, otherwise, I cannot continue use of this game. I would require a refund.

Whenever I get a message, the phone rings, and when I hit ok (and I cannot even really read the full message because of the skin issue), it rings again, and then, one more time.

Please help!!
