No charge for player releases pre-season

Originally posted this in beta, but figured I'd put this in the proper forum so that it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

As commish, I "Acted As" a few teams in the league to make some player releases before the season began. However, the teams did not get charged for these. There was no warning message about added player expenses to the team for the release AND the player expenses for the team didn't go up any (they remained at 0). Once the season began, expenses were handled normally.

Now in both cases, I had just edited the player contract in question. But again, the game handled it correctly when the season began even after I edited player contracts.

Also, these players DID have another contract year coming, so it wasn't a case of a player in their final year.
