Great league, guys. Very active set of GM's. Now is a good time to join. We will be holding Best Damn's amateur draft soon, just in time for you to make your own mark on a franchise.

Tigers gone. Cubs, Giants, and White Soxs available.

this is a great league and most open teams have bad records because they need an owner.

BTW Seattle and the Angels might be opening up so sign up on the forums and post under open teams to join the league

we have reached the 2008-2009 offseason, free agency hasn't began yet.
all open teams have had there cash if it was negative set to 0 and can have 1 bad contract removed. Open teams are:
AL

Tampa(great pitching): have all there top prospects still

Baltimore(Had 3 1st round picks this year): still have erik bedard and have great prospects in there minor leagues.

Royals: have alex gordon and Aaron Wideman and have a decent minor league system

White Sox: anyone want a challenge?

NL:

Washington: great minor league system and ML team has great young players: Ian Kennedy, Kendry Morales(one of the top hitters in the league at 25), Elvis Andrus, and great personnel system

Cubs: central has been won by losing teams the past 2 years, the Cubs are close with a good team

Brewers: still have braun, and hardy, got a lot of solid prospects from the Red Sox for Fielder.

Pirates: see White Sox, have a solid top 3 in there rotation

Rockies: solid team in the most competive division in the league.

IM either chrisbeckett17 or TheGooseNYY to join.
