DFA problem

After the ammy draft all players have been assigned however when I try to sim it stops and tells me that I have a player on the DFA list that needs to be assigned. There is nobody on the DFA list and I am stuck.

As usual, any suggestions are appreciated!

Update ... If change all teams to computer controlled I can sim games but as soon as I chage my team back to being human controlled the same thing happens.
