Expansion Draft Protetcion List Problem

I moved the new teams to another League 1997 snd guess what with Expansion Draft option turned on that Error still pops up and I want to use this league I have another League that works fine my Drafted by Teams that has most of the leagues that are in this one but CF 08 League maybe I put that one in their and I won't have that problem but it will take long to sim then.

Is Boston a human or AI controlled team? Is this an on-line league? If Boston is an AI controlled team, I suppose that you could Act As their team in commissioner mode and assign them a protection list.
