TheShow has vacancies (moving to 2007)

It is official... TheShow has moved to OOTP2007. With the move, we understandably had some owners step down. For every door that closes, a new door opens, as we have some very good teams, including some playoff teams, now poised to be vacant with the move.

We have just completed the 2018 Free Agency period, in OOTP 6.5. We are going to sim Spring Training in 6.5 on Sunday night (November 25th). With the move, some of our rules will change, but we will keep our "Cost Per Win" incentives/penalties plan in place, as it looks. We will be adding new tools and features to the website as the move takes place.

Here is a list of the teams that are confirmed vacant after the switch:

- Detroit Tigers - Playoff team in 2017 that has a solid group of players. A good pitching staff with a solid group of hitters. Barely a challenge right away.

- Cincinnati Reds - Young team with a good nucleus of talent and prospects. Due to a tough division, may be somewhat of a challenge. Loss of the team's best hitter for the season, causes another set back.

- Colorado Rockies - Playoff team in 2017 that has a solid group of players. A great pitching staff with a solid group of hitters. Not much of a challenge right away.

6.5 does not have to be installed for a new owner. A potential owner could just email me and advise of what players they are interested in, and I will let the know what the player is asking. Then the owner could reply with their offers, that I will submit in-game for them.

I would be interested in a team opening up. I have experience as a GM and commish for a number of leagues and different games. I like the incentive plan and have some ideas for it as well.

Colorado is confirmed vacant at the moment, but due to your experience and all, I would prefer you take over a more challenging team like the Reds or Astros. Mike Lowe has agreed to take over one of the 3 teams now all confirmed vacant. That leaves us with 2. We are moving on and starting Free Agency, but you can still get in. Wednesday night we start simming!
