Am I setting it up right?

I'm trying to load CubbyFan's roster set but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. This is what I did....

(1) Downloaded/installed OOTP 2007.
(2) Downloaded the roster set.
(3) Extracted the roster set using WinZip and put in the "Out of the Park Developments" file

But here is where I get stuck. Do I do the "Create Historical League" in the League Creation Wizard or something else? Because when I use this to show the computer the roster file, it won't let me "Confirm" it, so I'm assuming I'm not leading it to the correct thing.

The files I have in the Out of the Park Developments file are ...
(a) ootpb2007setup (Setup Launcher Sports Interactive)
(b) OOTP Baseball 2007 Shortcut
(c) CFhb_v3[1].0 (the file I extracted with WinZip)
(d) MLB07.lg (the file with all the info in it)

Do I need some other thing in the OOTPD folder, do I get the files in the game someway else, or am I not even close to right? Any help would be awesome.

P.S. Anyone know the most realistic pitcher/hitting aging/development options?

For a roster set (such as CubbyFan's), you should just open it up, no need to create a league of any kind.

Unzip it into "My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games" (That's for XP, which I have - I think Vista has a different name for the "My Documents" folder, but everything beyond that is the same). You should then have the MLB07.lg folder in there - that should just show up in the list of games to open up.

Yes, indeed. Its called "Documents" in VISTA.

This change was so huge, Bill Gates himself had to sign-off on it.
