Issue Re-Downloading Software
To Whom it May Concern:
In August, I suffered a hardware malfunction on my laptop and had my hard disk drive replaced. I have redownloaded OOTP 2007, of which I have already purchased a license, but cannot start the software without being brought to the licensing screens. Please help me obtain a new license for OOTP 2007, James Crosson |

You'll need to email support@elicense.com and explain your situation. They should get you all set up.
Please let us know if that solves your problem. |

Email support@elicense.com with your email address you used, your name and they should be able to reset the license for you.
If you dont have a response by 36 hours email me at tc at ootpdevelopments dot com and I will see what I can do. Problem is if you dont have your license # for the PC version (should start with (VT-) you can't reset it on your own, and with the hardware problem you most likely didnt get a chance to reset the license manually first. ![]() Let me know!

Thanks for responding to this post. I have just sent the e-mail address listed a note, and I will follow up tomorrow with the beginning of the work week.
