The Green Monsta league has an immediate opening, come check us out. We are about one month into our third season (1977).

The opening is for the Albuquerque Inferno.

Some of the pitchers on the roster include:

Warren Spahn, 28, coming off of a cy young season of 28-6 1.66
J.R. Richard, currently 4-1 2.70
Rick Sutcliffe poised in AAA maybe a season away still

Some of the hitters on the roster include:

Pete Rose, currently hitting .376
Rookie catcher Jim Sundberg
Boog Powell, coming off a 30 HR season

I'm confused, that age doesn't look right for Warren Spahn.

don't be, rules of the league allow for all-time great drafts as well as fictional prospect creation. Check the rules page if you are interested.
