I am looking for a league to join preferebly a brand new one

Any team is ok

i do NOT own the game as of yet this would be my first go around with 2007 and if i like how it is run i would be willing to buy the game

We're not a new league, but we're new to OOTP2007 as of last season and we have a few open teams.
