Problem with Lahman Database

Hiyas, I just recently installed OOTP3 after my old hd wiped, used to run just fine on my old hd, but now after reinstalling OOTP, everytime i try to create a historical league OOTP crashes without fail, it usually reads 10-20 names from the database before crashing, sometimes less. Anyways, has anyone else seen this or have any idea what the problem is?

If you are using OOTP3 you must use Lahman Database Version 4.0 or Version 3.0.

The current version at the Baseball Archive (Version 4.5) will not work.
