The PCBL is a 20 team fictional league about to enter it's second season. We have a great core of GM's that include OOTP beta testers, commissioners of other leagues, and OOTP addicts.
We use a few of the top utilities in the OOTP community developed by Getch: Development Report, Draft Utility, and Export Tracker.
