Looking for a league

I started using ootp 2007 about a year ago, and I think I am ready to try an online league. Are their any for beginners? I am a baseball nut, and a grad student, so I am constantly on my computer, and checking my email. A little help on how to go about doing this would be nice too.

It is called the xLb. We have the Reds, Giants, Rangers, and Orioles open. We have both owners with the game and without the game, and live sims every other night. Sign up in the forum to join. I am the commish and my AIM is airdudei.
