Trade offers

I put a couple players on the trading block...if I have the CPU trading frequency at average, how long does it usually take to receive an offer?

Also is it possible to have players just placed on the waiver wire sent in e-mails?

Possibly forever. If you don't get any response when you 'Shop player' with these guys, you're not likely to get much action when you put them on the trading block either. Hopefully someone else with settings like yours can tell you what to expect if you put a decent player on the block (my trade frequency is 'very low').

That could be a lot of emails! In any case, no, it isn't possible, so you'll need to keep checking the wire.

Besides, this is how a real GM does it, always checking the wires because it is that old slogan, trying to sneak a player through waivers that still happens once in a while.....

If you mostly sim like I do, and you're really hoping to find someone on the waiver wire, what I do is do my simming from the waiver wire screen, and just click the finish day button. I was doing this for a little while, but I hadn't found a player on there so great that it was worth the hassle to me. If I had been more patient, who knows.
