For one, in all versions of OOTP I've owned, the damn stats don't stay 'sticky sort'.

I sort my guys by batting avg. then want to see what their position ratings are and voilah: they resort themselves by the position column. I see stat sorts change all of the time throughout the season over and over.

I can tell that this game still has lingering old code in it. If I open the game, do nothing and close it, the game still goes through a huge save process. What's that purpose?

you're entitled to your opinion, of course, but i don't see why those issues would demote a game from Great to Good...

If there are aspects of the game you think could be improved, why not post your ideas to the Suggestions forum? I agree with you about the column sorting.

PS- no 'h' in 'voila'.

I actually brought this up in beta because I used to do the same thing in 6.5 and wanted to be able to do that again with this version. I don't remember what Markus said about it but obviously he didn't make any changes to it. As others said, try the suggestions forum. Maybe if more people mention it he'll fix it.
