Age maximum question
If I have two major leagues...one in which there is an age maximum of, lets say 24, while the other league allows players age 24+ and allows free agents to enter the league from other leagues...
once the players of the younger league reach 24 and can no longer play in the young league, will they show up as possible free agents for the league that permits older players? or will the game retire them since they reached the age maximum of the league they were playing in. The league design that I'm trying has led me to this question. Thanks for responses. |

No, reaching the age maximum of a league doesn't result in the player retiring, just in him getting released.

Answer:
I shouldn't ask such silly questions ![]() Turns out I had the 'young league' option to allow their free agents to leave their league turned off (d'oh) and was confused as to why their players weren't ending up in the other free agency market...my bad. Also, I should've posted my question in the tech support forum. No more posting for me until I've had an adequate coffee intake for the day ![]() |

I'm usually pretty steamed about guys posting what are obviously Tech Support questions up here in General Discussions, but I think you got this one right. I can't really see much of a technical element to this query.
Drink more coffee, and stop beating yourself up. |
