I've got a fictional historical league going that I have simmed from 1901 through 1945 to this point.

As a 22 year old, the still active Cody Day posted a VORP of 129.5 in 1930.

Career VORP goes to Kane Huff, who was a beast in the Deadball Era. He got his first taste of the bigs in 1909 as a 16 year old, with 92 at bats. His highest single season VORP was only 93.3 in 1920, but by playing well his entire career until it ended in 1931, he accumulated 1298.4 worth of VORP.

I no longer have the files for the league to which I'm referring, but I had a hitter put up a 145 or so in a Triple Crown season. I also had a pitcher with a 1500+ VORP career, including, I think, seven or eight seasons over 100.
