P L A G U E !!! Inaugural Hall of Fame Class - Who will be the 1st 5 Pitchers?

As noted in the Inaugural Batters HOF Poll, the Hall of Fame will be opening in 1939. The initial class will contain 5 batters and 5 pitchers. Here are the pitching candidates, in my opinion, a much tougher choice. Vote for as many as you like

hey metsgeek i was just looking throw the career leaders and noticed that the second all time wins leader joseph "chop" tempkin is not included in the ballot?! any reason why he didnt make the list? he has 382 wins!

Ugh...I swear I looked at his page and saw that he had retired after 1934, which would make him ineligible for the inaugural draft class.

Oh well, call it a controversial oversight. He'll definitely be on next year's ballot

yeah, he's a no-brainer. There were some controversial omission in the initial class IRL anyway.

In my yearly recaps, I actually had Tempkin go on to a career in the movies as Tarzan since I killed off Johnny Weismuller

Just missing the cut by one vote were ROY HITT and JOSE MENDEZ, who are sure to get a lot of support in future classes.....and next time I won't forget JOSEPH TEMPKIN
