Online league staff hirings?

Does anyone know how the game handles personal staff hirings in online leagues? I mean, what happens if two or more team owners in a online league try to hire the same manager/scout or doctor during the same sim period? Can hirings be done from within the game in online leagues, or does it have to be handled outside the game?

Anyone know about this?

Online coach signings can be made in game.

If two teams offer to a player, the coach/scout will decide who to sign with. There is a slight issue with this process, however. When you sign a coach/scout it appears as if he signs with your team immediately. Then, after all exports are processed he will end up on the team he chooses. Since this happens like this, you can only make an offer to fill a coaching job that you have vacant, and you can't make more than one offer to the same coach. Also, the transaction log gets messed up, because of the coach joining the team instantly.

most leagues will have it either turned off or where you have to ask for the staff member off the game.
