On my PC (not sure how mac stuff differs)
They need to be in ...... C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games in a folder named YOURLEAGUE.lg the red stuff is your user name & league name. |

If the roster comes as a saved game (if so, it will end in .lg), then drop it in the saved_games folder, found in the data folder, which is in the OOTP2007 folder. If you did a default install, that will be in your Applications folder. If it comes as a quickstart (ending in .quick), put it in the quickstart_games folder. OOTP will find it automatically, if you put it in the right place. Have fun!
Applications --> OOTP2007 --> data --> saved_games |

If it's an .rar, it needs to be unstuffed before you can do anything- StuffItExpander will do the trick (try double-clicking on the file, because you probably already have software that will unstuff the file automatically). It will probably decompress to a folder, and then you can place it in the saved games folder.
