Personnel Contracts

Is there a way to not make the personnel contracts run out during the season? I don't this has ever happened in mlb.

I've never had that happen to me. My personnel always leaves immediately after the world series or when the season ends for that team. That sounds like it shouldn't be happening.

Is this only happening with me? It happened 2 x's (mass exits) so far in the 1st season.

I just took another look at my team's personnel page, and the field for their contracts says "Signed Through." This definitely implies that they will stay with your team until the end of that season. I would post this as a bug.

Are you sure that they aren't minor league personnel leaving? I have AAA and AA for my minors. The AA season ends in August and there is a mass exodus of AA managers, scouts, etc. Then again in September when the AAA season ends; and finally after the major leagues season is over, those personnel's contracts expire.
