Scoreboard issue -- but there is no "skins" folder

According to the common issues thread, to repair the scoreboard issue, you:
"Navigate to C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\skins\ootp blue 2007"

But there is no "skins" folder in data.

So now what?

Where is this file?

Nevermind .... its a HIDDEN folder. That info. would have been nice!
