I cannot Add/Edit Human Managers

I just started the game and on the 2nd day in the game.

I did add one manager on day one but now I don't even get the option through the game menu to add/edit a human manager.

What did I do? or what should I do?

One of my guests who was checking out the game turned off comish mode on me.
