im new to the game and just bought ootp 2007 but my league uses 06 is there any way that i can load the file into my 2007 and play like the rest of my league

If you mean an online league, I'm pretty sure you're incompatible. I was reading something up in General Discussion yesterday that said everyone in a league not only had to have the same version (2006 or 2007), but the same build (2007, 2007.1 or 2007.2).
