Disappearing Free Agents

All of the free agents, except 3B, disappeared, halfway into the second year of my Fictional Baseball League. I checked the varioius filters, etc. and I'm not filtering for only 3B. I know free agents are still available because my manager will receive a message once per year with a list of the top 10 free agents available (in fact, signed one of them). I know the universe of free agents are still out there but I just can't see them in any listing. I appreciate any help.

Not sure if it's reproducable as this is my first league.

Please post a screen shot of this, I haven't seen this particular occurance and maybe seeing it would allow for reproduction.
