Using MLB07 League going to do All-Time Marlins Roster

If their a easy way to move all Players and Pitchers from the Marlins MLB to lit Short Season teams Rosters but still keep all it's Afflicates meaning the Rosters will be empty at the Moment?
From the list on MLB which of less know Active People from the All-Time Marlins Roster should I added because I'm adding all the Good people from that list that are active.
I also want to move all the Retired people to the Free-Agent Market like Lee Smith,Roberto Clemente,Walter Johnson and so on in their.
Also I noticed on that Roster set that like Randy Johnson,Barry Bonds,Curt Schilling are Retired but in real life they haven't retired yet.
