How do I start a sim?

Im not new to the game as I have used it a lot and know what im doing, but im looking to make an online league, but dont know how to go about doing so...so if anyone could please help me I would appreciate it, either reply to this post or e-mail me at HeroinRejection@aol.com

Actually creating a league file for an online league is as easy as checking the online league box during setup. However, the process of running an online league effectively is much more complex. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest joining a few league to get used to the flow. Maybe you could also volunteer in the league to assist the commish in some duties so you can get your feet wet.
