Hiring Personnel

I am having trouble hiring personnel in the off-season, as I can only move personnel from the minors to the major league team. If I select the Available Personnel, there is never a button to make them an offer.

I am sure that I am missing something easy here -- help would be greatly appreciated.

Try 'right clicking' on the coach or scout and that should do it I think.

Or look under the 'action' button and it should be there as well.

I couldn't figure out how to fire a coach and someone told me to 'right click' on them.

Give it a shot.

Thanks, RB - I was having problem with the same thing because the action button doesn't appear in that situation for me.

I'm playing the game on a MAC with a mouse that does not have a right mouse button. Any suggestions????? I'm finding that I can't hire any personnel. I looked through the manual and all it says to do is to right click. Perhaps it is time for a new mouse...

No need for a new mouse. On a Mac, use ctrl-click; that's the same as right-clicking on a PC.
