Error #100

Getting error #100 when trying to download a team file via the FTP. FTP works fine while uploading.

TEAM FILE HAS BEEN LOADED FROM THE SERVER, BUT NOT IMPORTED. IT IS EITHER CORRUPT, INCOMPLETE OR HAS AN OLD FILE FORMAT. THE ERROR CODE IS 100.

Please help

Do other team exports work?

If so then it is a problem with this user. Is he using OOTP2007 or 2006? Is he using a Mac or PC? Have you asked the person to export to their machine then email you the export and try to upload that way to see if it works?

He is using ootp2007. I can upload everyone else's team file. Other teams can upload his file. When he emails the file it doesn't work either.

Make sure his league date matches yours. Maybe he is trying to export from an old game file.

He updated, it does match. It has a different error if the date doesn't match.

So, if someone else logs in as the commish on a different machine and uploads this file it works?

Is this person with the problem file on a MAC or PC?

Have you had this owner delete the lg file, redownload, extract, export just to see if that would help?

Have you both patched? Maybe that could work some magic.

I am really stumped as to what the problem could be. Please update us on this issue. Thx.
