Easiest way to edit rosters?

Is it easier to do it in game or in an external editor?

I just want to make the Tigers roster correct and I need to move some guys to other teams (Dmitri Young for example). What do you guys do?

Also, Is there a tutorial somewhere?

It all depends on how many players you want to edit. If you want to edit under 100 I would say to do so in the game, you start getting up there though and then it is much easier to do things in external devices.

Thanks Erich. I'm not trying to do what you have going , I'm just doing the Tigers roster and Depth Chart. I finished it by doing it in game but it sure was time consuming. Going back and forth between teams (thank God for the in game search) and checking CBS Sportsline is quite time consuming. I really admire and respect you roster guys. I don't have the patience to work on something that in depth.
