Bug when offering a contract (or extension)

Found a bug in the contract offer screen (go to offer extension OR offer contract to free agent, then click on the scouting reports tab of this screen)

When you are offering a free agent a contract (or offering an extension), and you click on the "Scouting Reports" tab, the overall ratings (both current & potential) are displayed in the 20/80 format regardless of what you have in your settings.

So even if I have my Overall Ratings setting on "STARS", it still displays them in 20/80 format regardless.

That's not a bug. The scouting reports always show the ratings and talents using whatever scales you choose for "Player Actual Ratings Scale" and "Player Potential Ratings Scale".

The choice between Stars and a 20-80 scale only apply to the single "Overall" and "Potential" ratings, not the specific ones for Contact/Stuff/Power, etc.
