Injured players - help not very helpful

When I encountered this bug, I hit the help button and got the non-message in the attached file.

Minor stuff, I know, but I feel it is my obligation to report such. 2.037 version, have save file. Probably repeatable.

There was some of the help files that weren't quite ready for launch. That's why you see this on some pages. More are being made and should be included in the patch.
