Problem with first names starting with the letter A

haven't researched this to the nitty gritty but in a fictional league (loaded from a 2006 template), I'm noticing way too many first names starting with the letter A. Specifically, here is how I created the fictional league..
loaded a 2006 template, started the game, randomized the names.

when I go to explore world, and look at countries with only a few players (such as Bhutan or Russia or tiny contries with a handful of players) all their first names start with the letter A.

Maybe its just a 2006 template thing?

I'm thinking that it is something with that 2006 league template. Do you have this same problem with a brand new league that you create in 2007 instead of using the template or importing?

must have been a "one time occurance" because I just used the same template, randomized names, and now I can't reproduce the issue. So...nevermind! We in the software industry like to call this "user error".
