Age creation/max/min

I know you fellas have some tickets in here concerning ages... max/min and creation. I'm not sure which ones have been logged, though. These are the ones I found while running a high school league.

First, when I set my league age limit from 17-20... the program set the age limits from 18-21.

Second, after I created the league I found many players on the roster over 21 years old. No major issue here... I had to sim one year, but after the first year the teams released everyone over 21.

Finally, I set my player creation age to 17. But, it creates players from 18-21. I run a draft every winter, and there are mostly 18 year olds... but I do see players 19-20 also.
