I want a contract! I don't want a contract!

Didn't see this when I quickly scanned the Bugs Board...

I have had three or four examples of the issue that a player emails me to ask for a contract extension, but when I enter the contract extension page, it says he does not want a contract and will test free agency at the end of the year.

(Oops, put this in the wrong forum... can someone help move this to the right spot?)

Are you sure they're asking you for a contract extension, and it's not just an email saying this player's contract will run out this year and should get an extension?
