Negro League, Japanese League database?

Is there such a thing available? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

I doubt you will find either. You have a much better chance of finding a Japanese one than a Negro Lg db. Good luck, I've searched far and wide

There actually may be one for each being released by a member of the community soon (not me). It is a work in progress.

According to comments made in a couple of his dynasty threads, legendsport is working on these. Whether or not that's the person Gambo's speaking of, I don't know, but since legendsport's mentioned it himself on the forum, I doubt he's trying to keep it a secret.

I just didn't want to search and find out who said it... also, I try to avoid stuff getting hyped up... been on both sides of that... I'm also waiting for this.

There is a partial Japanese one out there (at least I found one using the search button)... however it is not in the right Lahman format.

i constructed a japanese db using players active from 2003-current. its in lahman format, but im having some issues w/the import (mostly ratings related). i can post these files if someone wants to take a crack at them...i spent so much time entering data for this, i needed a break (or a visit to the sanitorium).
